Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Cairo airport, our representative will assist you
in completing your passport control formalities and luggage
identification & carry. Then , you will be transferred by a private
Air-Conditioned car to your hotel for checking-in.
Overnight in Cairo
Pick-up & Meeting Point
Our representative meets you at Cairo International Airport with a name sign, assists with visa, passport control, and luggage, and transfers you to your Cairo hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. All daily tour pickups in Cairo are from your hotel lobby at pre-confirmed times. On Day 4 (Luxor day), our team picks you up early from your hotel (typically around 5:30–6:00 AM) for the transfer to Cairo Airport for your morning flight to Luxor. Upon landing in Luxor, your local guide meets you at the airport and begins the full-day tour immediately. After completing both East and West Bank tours with lunch, you are transferred to Luxor Airport for the late afternoon/evening flight back to Cairo. Our Cairo representative meets you and returns you to your hotel. On Day 5, our team picks you up for the final transfer to Cairo International Airport at the agreed time.
Before you book
• The Luxor full-day excursion (Day 4) includes a round-trip domestic flight from Cairo to Luxor. The day starts very early (5:30–6:00 AM) and returns to Cairo in the evening.
• This is an intensive full-day Luxor tour covering 5 major sites across both banks of the Nile. Bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes.
• Domestic flights for the Luxor day excursion are included in the package price. Luggage allowance for domestic Egyptian flights is typically 20 kg.
• Egypt Tourist Visa is not included. Purchase on arrival at Cairo Airport for USD $25 or apply via e-Visa online.
• Sakkara and Memphis are visited on Day 2 along with the Giza Pyramids — this is a full day of sightseeing.
• Inside the Valley of the Kings, standard entry includes 3 tombs. Tutankhamun's tomb requires a separate paid ticket.
• Lunch is included on all guided tour days. Dinners are at your own expense and leisure.
