Itinerary
Welcome to Cairo, the bustling capital of Egypt and gateway to the
ancient world. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you'll be
greeted by our representative who will assist you with immigration,
luggage, and customs formalities. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer
to your hotel for check-in and relaxation after your flight.
Overnight in Cairo
Pick-up & Meeting Point
Our representative greets you at Cairo International Airport arrivals hall, assists with visa, passport control, and luggage, and transfers you to your Cairo hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. All Cairo and Alexandria tour pickups are from your hotel lobby at confirmed times. The Alexandria excursion departs by private vehicle (Day 3) and your Alexandria overnight hotel is included. On Day 7, you are transferred to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan, where our local representative escorts you to the 5-star Nile Cruise ship. All shore excursion pickups during the cruise are from the ship dock. After the Nile Cruise disembarkation in Luxor (Day 10), our vehicle transfers you to Hurghada (approximately 3 hours). On Day 15, you are transferred from Hurghada to Hurghada Airport for your domestic flight to Cairo for final international departure.

• This is a 15-day tour: 5 nights Cairo + 1 night Alexandria + 4 nights Nile Cruise (Aswan–Luxor) + 5 nights Hurghada All-Inclusive.
• Domestic flights included: Cairo to Luxor (flight to Aswan) and Hurghada to Cairo. Please carry your passport for check-in.
• Day 5 is a Free Day in Cairo, ideal for the optional Memphis and Sakkara excursion (entrance fees apply, arrange through us in advance).
• Optional Abu Simbel visit is during the Aswan stop (Day 8). Advance booking is essential. Additional cost applies.
• Hurghada stay is fully All-Inclusive (5 nights) covering all meals and selected resort beverages. Water sports are extra.
• Egypt Tourist Visa not included. Obtain on arrival for USD $25 or apply via e-Visa online.
• This tour is suitable for all fitness levels. Temple visits involve moderate walking on uneven surfaces. Comfortable closed-toe shoes are recommended.
• The 5-night Hurghada stay offers ample time for optional activities: glass-bottom boat, ATV desert safari, snorkeling, and Bedouin village visits.
