Itinerary
Welcome to Cairo, the bustling capital of Egypt and gateway to the
ancient world. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you'll be
greeted by our representative who will assist you with immigration,
luggage, and customs formalities. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer
to your hotel for check-in and relaxation at your hotel after your
flight.
Overnight in Cairo
Pick-up & Meeting Point
Our representative meets you at Cairo International Airport arrivals hall with a name sign and assists with visa, passport control, luggage, and private transfer to your Cairo hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. All Cairo tour pickups are from your hotel lobby at pre-confirmed times. On Day 4, our team transfers you to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Luxor. Upon landing, our local representative escorts you to your Luxor hotel for check-in. On Day 5, after breakfast, our representative transfers you to the Nile Cruise ship for embarkation. The afternoon Luxor and Karnak Temple tour is conducted from the cruise ship. All shore excursion pickups during the 4-night cruise are from the ship dock. After disembarkation in Aswan (Day 9), our representative escorts you to your Aswan hotel for a 1-night stay. On Day 10, after optional sightseeing, you are transferred to Aswan Airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. Our Cairo representative meets you at the airport and transfers you to your hotel for the final night. On Day 11, our team transfers you to Cairo International Airport for your international departure.

• The optional Abu Simbel excursion (Day 9 in Aswan) is one of Egypt's most spectacular experiences. Early advance booking is essential. Additional cost applies.
• Egypt Tourist Visa is not included. Purchase on arrival at Cairo Airport for USD $25 or apply via e-Visa online.
• The Nile Cruise (Days 5–8) operates from Luxor to Aswan (south) visiting Karnak/Luxor, West Bank, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Aswan sights.
