Pick-up & Meeting Point
Our representative meets you at Cairo International Airport arrivals hall with a name sign and assists with Egypt visa acquisition, passport control, luggage, and private transfer to your Cairo hotel. All daily tour pickups in Cairo are from your hotel lobby at pre-confirmed times (typically 8:00–9:00 AM). On Day 4, our team picks you up from your hotel and transfers you to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan Airport, our local representative meets you and escorts you to your 5-star Nile Cruise ship. All shore excursion pickups during the cruise are arranged directly from the ship dock each morning. After the 4-night Nile Cruise concludes in Luxor (Day 7), our representative transfers you to Luxor Airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, our team meets you at the airport and transfers you to your hotel. On Day 8, our team picks you up from your hotel for your final transfer to Cairo International Airport.
