• Welcome to the mystical lands of Egypt, where the Pharaohs ruled for
• thousands of years. Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport,
• your tour escort will meet and assist you and ease the process by
• helping you to get the entry visa. You will then be transferred to
• your hotel ,
• your tour escort will assist you with your check-in and double-check
• your itinerary with you to establish and confirm all the pick-up times
• for all your activities during your trip.

Pick-up & Meeting Point
Our representative meets you at Cairo International Airport arrivals hall with a name sign and assists with Egypt visa acquisition, passport control, luggage, and private transfer to your Cairo hotel. All daily tour pickups in Cairo are from your hotel lobby at pre-confirmed times (typically 8:00–9:00 AM). On Day 4, our team picks you up from your hotel and transfers you to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan Airport, our local representative meets you and escorts you to your 5-star Nile Cruise ship. All shore excursion pickups during the cruise are arranged directly from the ship dock each morning. After the 4-night Nile Cruise concludes in Luxor (Day 7), our representative transfers you to Luxor Airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, our team meets you at the airport and transfers you to your hotel. On Day 8, our team picks you up from your hotel for your final transfer to Cairo International Airport.

• This tour includes 4 nights in Cairo hotels and 3 nights on the Nile Cruise (the cruise departs on Day 4 from Aswan and ends on Day 7 in Luxor). Domestic flights Cairo–Aswan and Luxor–Cairo are included.
• The Nile Cruise operates between Aswan (embarkation) and Luxor (disembarkation), the opposite direction to the Luxor–Aswan cruise offered in Tour 01.
• Egypt Tourist Visa not included. Purchase on arrival at Cairo Airport for USD $25 or apply via e-Visa online. Bring USD cash.
• The Valley of the Kings standard ticket includes entry to 3 royal tombs. Tutankhamun's tomb requires an additional paid ticket.
• Dress modestly when visiting mosques and Coptic churches. Shoes must be removed before entering mosques.
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are essential for Aswan and Luxor sightseeing — the sun is intense year-round in Upper Egypt.
• Optional Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temple in Luxor on the evening of Day 7 is highly recommended.
