Itinerary
Welcome to Cairo, the bustling capital of Egypt and gateway to the
ancient world. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you'll be
greeted by our representative who will assist you with immigration,
luggage, and customs formalities. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer
to your hotel for check-in and relaxation after your flight.
Overnight in Cairo
Pick-up & Meeting Point
Airport pickup begins at Cairo International Airport, where our representative meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and assists with visa, luggage, and private transfer to your Cairo hotel. All daily tour pickups are from your hotel lobby at pre-confirmed times. On Day 4, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan. Upon arrival at Aswan Airport, our local representative will escort you to your 5-star Nile Cruise ship. Shore excursion pickups during the cruise are arranged directly from the ship dock each morning. After disembarkation in Luxor (Day 7), our team transfers you to Hurghada by private air-conditioned vehicle — a scenic drive of approximately 3 hours through Egypt's Eastern Desert and the stunning mountain landscape. Upon arrival in Hurghada, our representative will assist with hotel check-in. On Day 10, you will be transferred to Hurghada Airport for your domestic flight to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
Before you book
• This tour includes 3 nights in Cairo, 3 nights on the Nile Cruise (Aswan to Luxor), and 3 nights All-Inclusive in Hurghada. Total: 9 nights.
• Domestic flights included: Cairo to Aswan (Day 4) and Hurghada to Cairo (Day 10). Please bring your passport for domestic flight check-in.
• The transfer from Luxor to Hurghada is by private air-conditioned vehicle (approximately 3 hours). This scenic drive crosses the Eastern Desert.
• The Hurghada hotel is on an All-Inclusive basis, covering all meals, snacks, and selected drinks at the resort.
• Egypt Tourist Visa is not included. Purchase on arrival at Cairo Airport for USD $25 or apply via e-Visa online.
• Hurghada offers excellent water sports including snorkeling, scuba diving, and glass-bottom boat trips. These are optional and available at extra cost.
• Sun protection is essential in both Egypt and Hurghada — bring high-SPF sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. The Red Sea sun is intense year-round.
• The Hurghada nightlife and marina are within easy reach of most Red Sea resorts. Many restaurants and shops accept USD and EUR.
