Itinerary
Welcome to the mystical lands of Egypt, where the Pharaohs ruled for
thousands of years. Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport,
your tour escort will meet and assist you and ease the process by
helping you to get the entry visa. You will then be transferred to your
hotel ,
your tour escort will assist you with your check-in and double-check
your itinerary with you to establish and confirm all the pick-up times
for all your activities during your trip.

Pick-up & Meeting Point
Pickup service begins at Cairo International Airport upon arrival, where our professional representative will meet you at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. He will assist you with entry visa procedures, passport control, luggage, and transfer you directly to your Cairo hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. For daily tours in Cairo, your guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby at the agreed times confirmed on arrival. Transfer to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Luxor is arranged by our representative from your hotel. Upon arrival at Luxor Airport, a local representative will meet you and escort you to the Nile Cruise ship. All shore excursion pickups during the cruise are arranged directly from the ship dock. At the end of the cruise in Aswan, our team will transfer you to Aswan Airport for your return flight to Cairo. Please ensure you are ready in the hotel lobby or cruise ship reception 15 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
Before you book
• Egypt Tourist Visa is not included. Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at Cairo Airport for USD $25, or apply in advance through the official Egyptian e-Visa portal.
• Dress modestly when visiting religious sites such as mosques and Coptic churches. Shoulders and knees should be covered. Scarves are available at most sites.
• The Nile Cruise portion runs from Day 4 to Day 7. Cabins are on a twin-share basis. Single supplement is available at extra cost.
• Domestic flights (Cairo–Luxor and Aswan–Cairo) are included in the package price. Please bring your passport for check-in at the airport.
• Tipping is customary in Egypt. A general guideline is USD $5–$10 per day per person for your guide, and USD $3–$5 per day for your driver.
• Egypt's currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP). USD and EUR are widely accepted at tourist sites. ATMs are available in Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan.
• Weather in Egypt is generally dry and sunny. Lightweight clothing is recommended, along with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat especially during summer months.
Photography is allowed at most sites but additional fees apply inside some tombs in the Valley of the Kings. Ask your guide before photographing
