Itinerary
Welcome to Cairo, the bustling capital of Egypt and gateway to the
ancient world. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you'll be
greeted by our representative who will assist you with immigration,
luggage, and customs formalities. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer
to your hotel for check-in and relaxation after your flight. Return back
to your hotel for Overnight

Pick-up & Meeting Point
Our representative meets you at Cairo International Airport arrivals hall with a name sign and assists with visa, passport control, luggage, and private transfer to your Cairo hotel. On Day 2 (the busy sightseeing and sleeper train day), our guide picks you up from your hotel in the morning for a full day of Cairo sightseeing. At the end of the day, our driver transfers you to Giza Railway Station (typically around 7:00–8:00 PM) for boarding the overnight sleeper train to Aswan. Please pack a small overnight bag with essentials as main luggage is transported separately. Upon arrival at Aswan Train Station the following morning (Day 3), our local representative meets you and transfers you directly to the Nile Cruise dock. All shore excursion pickups during the cruise are from the ship dock. After cruise disembarkation in Luxor (Day 6), your guide transfers you to Luxor Train Station for the overnight sleeper train back to Cairo. Our Cairo representative meets you at the train station on Day 7 and transfers you to your hotel. On Day 8, our team transfers you to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
Before you book
• This tour includes 2 nights in Cairo hotels, 2 nights on the sleeper train (Cairo–Aswan and Luxor–Cairo), and 3 nights on the Nile Cruise. Total: 7 nights.
• The overnight sleeper train is included in both directions. Sleeping compartments are air-conditioned with fold-down berths. Meals are served on board.
• Domestic flights are NOT included in this program — transportation is by sleeper train (both ways) and river cruise.
• Egypt Tourist Visa is not included. Purchase on arrival at Cairo Airport for USD $25 or apply via e-Visa online.
• Day 2 is the longest and busiest day — a full day of Cairo sightseeing followed by an evening sleeper train departure. Pace yourself and ensure you are well-rested.
• Pack a small overnight carry-on bag for the sleeper train containing toiletries, a change of clothes, and valuables. The main luggage is transported separately.
• The Nile Cruise operates from Aswan to Luxor visiting Aswan sights, Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor. It is a 3-night cruise on a 5-star vessel.
• Optional Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temple in Luxor on Day 5 evening is highly recommended.
