Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Cairo airport, our representative will assist you
in completing your passport control formalities and luggage
identification & carry. Then , you will be transferred by a private
Air-Conditioned car to your hotel for checking-in.
Overnight in Cairo
Pick-up & Meeting Point
Our representative greets you at Cairo International Airport arrivals hall with a name sign and assists with visa, luggage, and private transfer to your Cairo hotel. All daily tour pickups in Cairo are from your hotel lobby at pre-confirmed times. The Alexandria day trip (Day 3) departs after hotel breakfast by private air-conditioned vehicle (approximately 3-hour drive). Upon return from Alexandria (evening), you are transferred back to your Cairo hotel. On Day 4 (Luxor day excursion), our team picks you up early from your hotel (approximately 5:30 AM) for the transfer to Cairo Airport. At Luxor Airport, your local guide meets you and begins the full-day tour. After completing the East and West Bank tours with lunch included, you fly back to Cairo in the evening. Our team meets you at Cairo Airport and returns you to your hotel. Day 5 is free, and on Day 6 our team transfers you to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
Before you book
• This tour includes 5 nights in Cairo. Domestic flights for the Luxor day trip (Day 4) are included.
• Day 3 is an Alexandria day trip from Cairo (not overnight). You visit all major Alexandria sites and return to Cairo the same evening.
• Day 5 is a free day in Cairo for optional activities or rest. This is an excellent opportunity for an optional visit to the Pharaonic Village, a Nile dinner cruise, or the Sound & Light Show at Giza.
• Egypt Tourist Visa not included. Purchase on arrival at Cairo Airport for USD $25 or apply via e-Visa online.
• The Luxor day excursion (Day 4) starts very early. Be prepared for an early morning pickup and a long, rewarding day of sightseeing.
• Highlights section includes both a first Highlights list (specific to the GEM version) and a second list (Sakkara/Memphis version) — this tour does NOT include Sakkara/Memphis (see Tour 10/13 for that).
• Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and water are essential for Luxor sightseeing.
• The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) is the signature upgrade in this tour — newer and more impressive than the classic Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square.
