Bookings and payment.
A booking is confirmed once the deposit stated in your quotation is received. Full payment is due no later than 21 days before departure unless your contract states otherwise.
Prices.
Prices displayed on this website are starting prices per person and may change with availability, season and currency rates until your booking is confirmed in writing.
Changes and cancellations.
Modification and cancellation terms are stated on each package quotation. Some fares — especially promotional flight fares — are non-refundable once issued.
Travel documents.
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports and complying with entry requirements of the destination country. ITTAS assists with visas but final issuance is at the discretion of the relevant embassy.
Liability.
ITTAS Tours acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise operators). Services are subject to the providers' own conditions of carriage and stay.
